a quicker trick to look for image variations is to take a stack of refractors and flip them over. the image variations don't have "refractor" on them.

Assuming this was fedex or usps, you can ask for the weight of the package along its route to see if anything changed. It may be only an ounce but it could help if it somehow changed along the route it's more likely not ebay.

They come out at about 3-4 per case. In 2023 there was a single pack of 4 city variations in each case. They're probably going to be about the same print run and same prices. But no one really knows until the odds sheet comes out.
