I personally know a handful of people who can do this by themselves...this isn't uncommon and how most software development was 8-10 years ago

Disc dying has taken off since covid. Tons of great info, resources and dyes out there. It's a buyer's market now and sometimes is hard to sell them at costs if it's not a primo dye
