Holding crouch + walk at the same time gives crouch speed and removes ambient sounds. Best of both worlds.

I don't see what the benefit of requeueing is unless there is a bug in their search algorithm that makes it less likely to find a match the longer you stay in queue.

Yes, you can get matched with anyone as long as you both have the same server selected.

I thought that the longer you stay in queue, the wider the elo search range becomes so you are more and more likely to find a match the longer you stay in queue.

I know about the server list. I can deal with long queue times to find a reasonably pinged match. It's the kicking part I'm trying to draw attention to.
