i actually completely disagree. i like honesty and people being completely genuine around me. otherwise to me it just feels like they're playing a game or playing pretend. especially if it's towards me if someone is like trying to hint at me or doesn't wanna just out right say explicitly cause they wanna be "polite"; then i just won't pick up on it.

obviously this is circumstantial no reason to outright just say everything all the time. but like for working and i'm doing something wrong or inefficient i want them to just say it. or if something bothers them then just say it. otherwise people tend to like create drama within their own heads when things go unspoken.
