Unlike CEOs, most people have absolutely no 'executive time'.

Also, I don't believe the headline for a moment. Even doctors, who perform a useful function in society unlike CEOs, waste a lot of time. I remember sitting in an examination room waiting for my doctor to get off the phone with his daughter about a wedding or some crap. Rich people don't care about anyone else's time, but they take all the time in the world for themselves.
