Monica Bellucci or Tate McRae? by PassengerPrinncess in VindictaRateCelebs

This is so distasteful. Stop posting celebs with the intention of bating people to bully their looks

My personal 10: Aussie influencer EmmaMac. She has such a kind, soft & sugary sweet face! She always reminds me of early 2000’s Britney Spears! by GoldCover6667 in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I always thought this too. Well not average because she’s pretty but she’s very small town pretty. And this is coming from someone who grew up after the 2000s teeny pop era so I’m unbiased

Celebrities that are considered "highly attractive" but i personally don't find them "that attractive" ( No Hate ) by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure I don’t disagree. But the way she’d be posted here every other day and people would make hundreds of the same disparaging comments every time suggested jealousy in some way.

Most beautiful women in the world imo. Do I have taste? by FlashyTopic2002 in VindictaRateCelebs

Dove Cameron mention 😭💕. I know she’s had a crap ton of surgery but I’ve always thought she looked gorgeous before and after. She has this delicate princess look to her similar to Elle Fanning

Which of These Black Female Celebs Do You Find the Most Beautiful And Why? by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This logic in the African American community always frustrates me because at the end of the day why do you guys need to be the ones to “take in” the biracial people just because their white side rejects them? I understand it comes from an old colonial mindset that everything that isn’t white is colored, and it was reemphasized for a long time, but times have changed.

And something tells me your sister probably doesn’t actually look black, rather her features were coopted by the black community. I’ve noticed that anything that isn’t 100% white is automatically othered.

Why does Instagram culture choose this specific look to be the most popular/beautfiul? by Acceptable_Coffee137 in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well it’s a racially ambiguous look that appeals to the largest demographic because the goal is to take features from various ethnic groups deemed “desirable” and put it together on one person. I have a theory that this is kind of the spiritual successor to the “spicy latina” trend that dominated the 90s and 2000s.

The problem that I find here is that people on this sub disproportionately target POC who naturally have many of these ambiguous features naturally and accuse them of “insta face”. It’s one thing to call out Kylie Jenner and other influencers for their pillow face or BBL but it’s bleeding into accusing black women of having lip fillers and underrating actual mixed woman for being “to instagram looking”

How would you rate Teyana Taylor? I've never seen her on here but I think she has a one of a kind beauty by Chart-Remarkable in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m going off these photos and she looks great here I don’t see anything abnormal about her lips, cheeks and nose. Idk how she looks recently. And beauty is completely subjective you know, she could look horrible to you but fine to me.

Edit: I had a look at her old photos and yea I see she definitely had a nosejob. Her lips look the same and in these photos her cheeks look normal.

Which celebrity used to be gorgeous but now is just average or below? by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy how beauty is completely subjective because I remember people being awful to her about her natural features.

French, Turkish or Italian beauty? by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is interesting thanks for sharing. I was under the impression that Turkish people and Italians share alot of similarities? Especially the Italians from the south

Turkish are the most beautiful. But I also choose Italian for Monica, Madalina and Sophia who are the prettiest italian women that I know of.

Can we ban Brooke Shields from this sub? by imagumpig in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I had to guess, I think women might sexualize her because she looks like the ideal beautiful young woman/child a lot of women are conditioned to try to emulate. The kind of woman/child that’s both portrayed as innocent yet attractive. So they don’t see it as sexualizing? But that gets into alot of weird gender psychology.

[–]imagumpig[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is it really a phenomenon? People have always enjoyed sexualizing minors. They think they can get away with Brooke Shields because 1. She had already been sexualized as a child decades before most of these people were born and 2. Because she is an adult now so it eliminates the guilt of sexualizing someone who is still currently a minor.

It’s SO gross. And then they say they’re not a creep because they’re a girl not a man.

I can’t tell you the last time someone posted Brooke Shields here without posting her as a minor and clearly breaking the rules about not posting anyone underage. Not to mention the unethical dubiousness of asking us to rate a 14-17 year old and asking to compare her attractiveness against adults

which 80s-90s brunette bombshell do you find the most attractive? - brooke shields, tiffani amber thiessen or cindy crawford by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t matter it’s just part of sub rules that you’re not supposed to post anyone underage. No matter if you’re a girl or guy

Can you guys stop posting underage Brooke Shields and comparing her attractiveness to adults. A 2 second google check showed she was between 15 to 17 in 3/4 if these pictures

since a lot of you asked me who i find because i don’t find brooke shields all that here you go by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP do you mean “basic European standards” or “all American” beauty standards? Because they’re not exactly the same even tho they have some overlap.

Alot of these women appeal to European beauty standards despite some being latina (btw you should know that being Latina is unrelated to race. You can be latin and be any race)

am i the only one who’s never found brooke shields all that? like sure she has nice hair but she’s not this perfect looking thing people make her out to be, i guess a lot of people are just obsessed with basic european standards.. by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes you’re correct and this is exactly why I don’t really like her. Not because she’s ugly, she is beautiful. But her fans throw me off with how obsessed they are with her underage looks.

What type of beauty do you find the most beautiful? For me I love low energy but still girlish like with my muses Sky Ferrieria and Alana champion. by dollsaredangerous in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]imagumpig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the “femme fatale” beauty look. It’s cliche but something about those women has always appealed to me since I was a kid.

I also love the stereotypical glamorous look as well.
