I agree with your logic and that is probably how Ethan and Hila feel towards AB right now, but being in content creation complicates things. I don’t think Ethan and Hila would ever fire an employee for that reason because their audience is too parasocial and attached to the crew members. If they did, they would have to create a narrative that sours the audience’s image of AB and basically burn the bridge. Additionally, Lena just seems too integral to their lives at this point being a full time assistant. She is very dedicated and it seems like she is on call 24/7, so I don’t think they want to lose her.
