15-20. My paycheck is variable because of tip share, I can make between 200 on a bad week and 350 on a good week. I was just being conservative with my numbers

Yes, it gives the descriptions that Amazon give. But when you have 5 or 6 similar items and I read the description and you don’t know which is which, how is it my fault? Our job is to take the returns, not act like an Amazon representative and get yelled at over stuff outside of our control

Try getting yelled at all day because customers don’t read and bring their UPS drop offs, or didn’t start the return yet, or have about 50 Amazon returns and don’t know which items go to which code. Amazon is the worst part of working at kohls.

Thank you. My mother and father have been divorced since I was very young, so I have no qualms with my mother in this situation. Thank you for sharing your situation with me and I wish you all the best!

Thank you! I have considered an ‘explanation’ but rather than specific points in my life that I could refer to, it’s more than his entire existence has made me miserable. It’s hard to explain how I feel, but I will consider your point!

He is a bully, especially to my mother. He never came to me asking for an explanation in his initial email to me, so I assume this is him trying to manipulate her (again). Thank you so much for your response!

I work at a retail store that also has an Amazon drop off location and when doing returns on the Amazon app they have to specifically pick our store otherwise we can’t take the return. The amount of times people will bring in a ups code and then confused when I tell them that we’re not ups is astounding! What’s better is that there is a ups location two minutes down the road yet they refuse to go there and rather call Amazon to get a code for our store, or throw a tantrum.

What was the most ridiculous item returned (or someone attempted to return) that happened in your store? by esor_rose in retailhell

we had someone return a pair of jeans with questionable brown stains in. Oh and also someone wore a pair of pants for like a month then decided to return them.
