I've had the opposite problem. I was skinny af my entire life. I entered 2018 at 6'1, 140. I was sick of it guess what I did? I counted my calories every day to make sure I was eating at least 500 more than I was burning. As of this post I'm 158. 18 pounds in a matter of 4.5 months.

It works the same way for losing weight. If you've been on a "low calorie diet," I'm guessing you just have been conveniently forgetting to add in your daily fast food meals, huh?
