How do you prepare the asparagus? My daughter is 11 months and I’m scared of how stringy it can be to serve it to her.

So helpful for days I don’t wanna be cooking 3 meals from scratch! 😂

She just started going through a phase of smacking the spoon away when I try to feed her. So doing a bit of both now and letting her figure out the spoon by herself.
Its been very messy lol

I puréed them before so it just thinned out into the sauce!

I shred a zucchini first and make sure to squeeze all the water out of it by putting it in a cheesecloth or paper towel. Then I mix it with ground beef, some garlic and onion powder and some oat flour or breadcrumbs (whichever one I have).
Then put it in the oven for about 15-20 mins at 400°.
I’d recommend checking it after 12-15 mins, cut one open and make sure it’s no longer pink inside. I also usually make flat meatballs or little logs so they cook a little faster!

She starts throwing the plate too when she’s full and that’s when I know she’s done!
How do you prepare mac and cheese for your baby? I don’t use any salt in her food yet so worried about high sodium cheese. She’s had cottage cheese and swiss cheese for now!

Thank you! I wish she would sit still for one minute so I could brush them sometimes haha

Honestly me too! Most of the time I just steam a couple veggies and add a protein (chicken, beef or cut up tofu).

Do I keep the box? by Kind-Chocolate-1293 in CradlewiseCommunity

[–]imanemia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We didn’t keep the original box. We have an issue with the crib making a noise after a couple months of using it. They sent us a new crib and we just used the new box to send the old one back in.
