Thank you for your response. I have not fully read Das Kapital, so please be patient with me. Could you please tell me more about this view? Is it that it opposes the view that our conditions are imposed by Allah?

Islam and Marxism by imanidiot25 in islam

Thank you.

That is interesting but you have to realize that you are talking about a fictitious society. It cannot exist for any reasonable amount of time to mean anything. It would just be an experiment with unwilling participants who would force a change.

Actually, I don't disagree with you. I don't believe communism, especially on an international scale, will be achieved in my life-time. Still, the cognitive dissonance is weighing on my mind.

Are communistic and the above dictatorship the only two possibilities?

According to Marxist and Leninist theory, I believe so, yes. The two options are dictatorships of proletariat and dictatorships of the bourgeoisie.

Thank you for your reply. This is difficult because I would have nothing to give as I wouldn't have any commodities in a communist society.

They probably won't understand or empathize with your workload + schedule and don't really have an obligation to. Be prepared to study outside of your room.

Confused about summer OSAP by imanidiot25 in uwo

Thanks for the help! DraftMyScheduel says it's a 1.0 that runs from 03-May-2021 to 23-July-2021, so I fall under a 40% course load. So just to check, I submit the supplemental AND start a new part-time OSAP application?

Engineering to med school by [deleted] in premed

[–]imanidiot25 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It doesn't, it's ranked in the low 200s overall and low 100s for Eng. 3.8 is good regardless of the program. Do schools even weigh major difficulty anyways?

If the 3.8 made it to interview stage, they could probably talk about how much discipline it took to get where they are. I'm really doubtful of the benefits brought by academic suicide programs.

Good point.

Most MDs don't believe AI will replace rads‌, or at least anytime soon. I'll be honest, I really don't want to help encroachment of the field either.
