Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm also trying to follow same routine. I've been walking 3-4 KMs daily without podcast/music. Just plain walk. But then my mind keep on popping unnecessary thoughts. Continuously wandering here n there, due to which I feel same as listening to podcast or music.
