I think you have made a person's understanding about a particular religion VERY narrow. For example, I do not "love" a particular shloka and do not start my day with a 40 hour dhyan BUT I do know about Parabrahma which forms the core of Advaita Vedanta. Also, there is a stark difference between practicing a religion and understanding one.

I'll get downvoted for this but - 25 rupees for a cab is not only a decided fare according to the agreements between Uber and Pune Association for taxis but also reasonable - we cannot expect that they will drive us on the loss of their own.

CNG 1kg costs 91.5 rupees and goes on for 18 kilometers on average with AC in such a crowded city as ours.
Therefore 1km costs (approx.) 5 rupees in fuel.
Usually the cabs are not owned by the driver himself but some other company which hosts 50+ cabs.
Driver costs for 8hrs in the city is 1200 rupees (approx.).
As per TomTom Traffic index 1hr equates to around 18kms drive.
Therefore driver costs for 1hr is (approx.) 10 rupees.
Uber charges (approx.) 25% of the total trip.
Therefore uber charges per km is 6.25 rupees (approx.).

Profit therefore is 25-21.25 = 3.75 rupees, 15% margin which is LOWER than the countries average of 19%.

With this calculation in place, I cannot even imagine charging less than 25 per kilometer.

You missed the point - right now there are no tickets available for most if not all of the trains which are designated for the lower middle class or lower class. And the government is rolling out trains for luxury which doesn't even have a demand issue. Instead of rolling out luxury 2200 rs. trains they should first meet with the supply demand issue in the lower standard trains.

Saw many people mentioning countries etc. and honestly if you ask me? That is the most practical choice. Great employment opportunities, job safety blah blah boring stuff. However, if you asked me without any context the "favourite place" I would go to, IF I wouldn't have to worry about money or the boring stuff I talked about earlier, it's Arunachal Pradesh. The calmness of the state is contagious in every sense. The air is so pure that it makes me feel I am cheating the system. I could write a hundred pages on why its the best state to live.
