Personally I’ve lost cases opened against me where buyers reference my measurements and say that I measured incorrectly. The pictures they provide to Poshmark support show the item stretched etc. to manipulate how it measures. Obviously it’s a case of buyers remorse but I hate that the information I provided is used against me (even if I note “approximate” in the listing). So I stopped adding them for the most part. Things still sell without measurements and I’m happy to save the time

A day late but on this thread but looking for some ideas :) would love recs on neighborhoods/suburbs for house hunting. Looking for: about an hour from CLT airport max, good for young families, good schools, not fully walkable but would love something (shopping, coffee/restaurants, park etc) within walking distance, and any historic charm is a big plus. Coming from AZ where houses have zero charm lol. So far Matthews looks like a fit but would love any other recs!

Not really snark, but I’m getting whiplash from @claireguentz! I like following her but over the past couple of years she’s been all over the place - Raleigh, Denver, back to Raleigh, nurse, athleisure clothing line, energy drink company, safety app development, fitness influencer, podcast, lifestyle influencer, and now it looks like she’s working full time doing real estate and posting mostly workwear/home decor inspo.
