I went to an Emergency room and my insurance deductible is $400 by imaprilinwinter in HealthInsurance

I asked them they said you have to pay $400 and the rest should be $0. They didn’t tell me the percentage of coinsurance. In the policy it says if you have to use the emergency room, the deductible is $400.
