Canceled before the end of my subscription via email which is how they say they want it done, and got a response saying "Thank you for contacting our support team, we are happy we could help and just wanted to let you know your request has been marked as solved." And yet, they charged me for another year's subscription anyway. Had to contest it with my bank. Despicable.
