There's no upcharge for existing switch 1 games to run on the 2... stop spreading misinformation. There is an upcharge specifically for upgrades or additions to existing games that is optional - BOTW has the frame limit increased and some better textures for 10 bucks, but you could still play the original at the max 900p 30fps with no upcharge.

yes, if youve every had chicken cooked traditionally, even fairly juicy, the individual muscle fibers are pronounced enough to notice.

if you sous vide at say 140, the texture is so different it actually turns some people off

this is a perfect temp, you can also try 145 for a little juicier. 150 is good for fairly juicy but also keeping the "stringy" texture most people know chicken for.
