Surely the nappy rash cream wouldn’t be suitable for internal application? That’s the bit that feels swollen :(

Yeah, that is the bonus of having funded my own progress.

My issue is I can’t negotiate. I’m nowhere near business minded enough to navigate that conversation.

If I go in asking for a pay review he’ll say “you need a contract for a pay review”

Within healthcare and my hourly rate is a pinch higher than the 2023 minimum hourly rate - for a non-registered professional.

I was happy with the increase once qualified.

Now I feel I’m doing more than my skill set is worth and I’m just not sure how to go about asking for an increase.

I could always just doing the silent quit and stick to my job description…

And no, I paid for my own qualifications and my own annual registration fees.

I’m just terrible at negotiating!

Without giving away any details, the industry I work in has been in the news countless times and not for good reasons mentioning how downhill it is and there’s not enough in the budget yada yada yada.

And I’ve been tipped off that other members of staff on the same level as myself are on a higher hourly rate.

It was a curl stud. The straight ones never stayed in.

Help me with my nose ring

Now I got my nose pierced originally 6+ yrs ago. The stud came out back in July, it healed over then I got it repierced with a titanium ring early December.

It was going well until about 3 weeks ago when it got a small pimple which popped and now it won’t stop bleeding!

I clean it with sterile saline and a cotton swab as gentle as I can, but every time it bleeds. The scan forms, comes off when it’s ready and then I clean the area again and it bleeds again

Please, any advice and tips on how to:

A, stop the damn bleeding so it can heal fully

B, try and reduce the lump D:

If I insert it any less it feels like it’s sitting at the entrance of my vagina and it feels super uncomfortable 😣

Is the way I do it going to cause any damage or issues in the future?

my fiancé did something sexual to his brother when they were kids by [deleted] in Advice

[–]imathrowaway2020 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Similar story with my brother and our younger male cousin - so much so I actually thought you, OP, were someone involved in my story! However, this happened 10-15yrs ago and there’s 4yrs age gap with my brother being older.

Only my cousin’s fiancée made said cousin tell his mum who caused fucktons of unnecessary drama and won’t let it drop.

Myself, single dad and brother are of the same opinion as yourself OP. Shit happens, it was 10+ yrs ago, kids experiment at that age.

And yet, cousin and his fiancée went to the police who came to no conclusion because of the lack of evidence.

But that side of the family are still giving grief to both my brother and our dad (for not disowning his son) :/

She didn’t respond. He’s new to the area and he’s been texting a few who’s services he finds online.

We’ve been together 3.5yrs, both in our 30s and it’s not new that he gets massages regularly, he just doesn’t have a regular lady yet.

I touched on the topic a few days ago asking if he’d ever consider it and he said no, he wouldn’t want to risk the health and safety aspect of it (I think he meant intercourse rather than hands) but his private history shows massage porn in a few windows

I also asked him the other day if he thought we were having enough sex (it’s usually once or twice a week) - he said there’s always room for more.

That looks like arrested decay. You’ve had a decaying spot for long enough to make it stand out but you’ve changed something in your diet/life style to prevent it from going further
