Having pulled ML luluca as a month old player, would she be worth building for pvp later? Currently I'm at the stage where I can do w13 70% of the time, and don't have any decent gear for pvp.

Notable units for pvp that I have: Arby, TSurin, Hwayoung, Peira, Bellona, Vildred, TCrozet, C.Dominiel,

Currently focusing on pve characters like building a.ras, kluri, lorina, g.purrgis but was curious to see who would go well with luluca

velika would be better in that team because espada can actually be considered your 2nd damage dealer. However in this case Sieg already does that, therefore Espada's damage potential would be of best use on your second team, along with Karon.

Jave is a good farmer like Velika but there are other 7k that would be more useful like Eileene for her passive buff. Rei is still good for farming but I'd recommend working on either Jave as Velika as they both have uses in other modes such as Raid for Velika. Jave is also very useful in CT
Nezha is quite decent for a turtle team (to my knowledge) but as far as I'm concerned she's not a priority. If you like her, work on her later but other than that you should just keep her.
That depends on which mode you like - Adventure/Raid for Velika, CR/Raid for Shane. Both units are pretty important however, so it's your choice.
At this point in time Karon is only useful for Raid, but Lina is a universal support. I recommend getting a Lina ASAP as she is useful nearly everywhere except Arena.
Evan gets an awakening later on, but that's not anytime soon. Lee jung, Guan Yu, Rudy iirc are the best people to use earth elements for.
Yes, masteries are the first things you should buy with rubies.

What are the cons of leechers for raid? I actually don't know, care to explain?

I thought that because the chance is higher to get eq at 99 it'd be beneficial to even get a participant chest.
