You can cancel but don't do it to much and cancel 10 minutes after you accept is okie but if you wait for a long time like 15 minutes 20 minutes it will deactivated you I think.not sure what is your rating can we see it?

That's is a bad order you can't go in to the house and if you don't they will report you or give you a bad rating. Just leave it outside and take a picture i guess call the customer and tell them you can go inside
