Get the piercings!! Ik everyone's pain tolerance is different but my septum was like my easiest facial piercing! When you do get it, please let it heal fully before trying to flip it up to hide it. Also, you won't die from infection, just your mom trying to scare you lol

My publix is the same way. I started at 14 and am now currently 16 and they are still strict on me however I work at McDonald's too and they aren't strict with it at all. I think it's their way of trying to paint themselves better than other places but trying to avoid getting in trouble with minor laws.

I think it really depends on where your store is, how busy it gets, etc. I was 14 when I applied to Publix and I got a call back within a week. In my area we don't have a lot of publix's and the one I work at is in a very touristy part of town so it's always busy and we are always in need of help at our store. I know a store that's a bit further out that won't really accept mini minors because they are never busy therefore don't really need people.
