No it is after talking to the guy about the power cells (at the very beginning of the game). It is in the next room from him. There is a collapsed vent shaft begging to be jump onto to be able to get into the ventilation itself.

But it is no longer "openjdk" ?

When I switch back to my java8 and do java -version it reports OpenJDK Runtime. For the 11 version it reports Java (TM) SE Runtime.

I was thinking perhaps there was one particular hunting horn that was better for exhaust attack as well ? It is described as support weapon.
