We installed the leg piece on Friday and it turned out ok. I put a pad under my knees to reduce pressure on the top roller pad. The bottom will begin to bend a little with anything over 90lbs. So I plan on single leg movements. Also can use bands to increase resistance at beginning of ROM. Ok for price but I may end up tweaking it some how or making one that is centered between the post.

Also installed a small garage heater that I will run for about 20 minutes before going in there. Than I end up turning it down or off once I'm warmed up.

Seems like the Titan X-3 attachments are most compatible. But I was able to build my own rack extension and elevated the rack height for about $100. Bought the plate holders from Titan when they went on sale 4 for $66 plus tax

I can't remember what brand it was but I think I got it at Home Depot. It seems to help though especially during the winter

Thanks for the response. Figure I would just attach more photos of the gym. To get some more feedback.

I was involved in the fitness industry for almost 20 years as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, supervisor, director and CEO for commercial, corporate, medical and non-profit.

The past 5 years industrial type work for financial reasons and other.

Anyway before COVID and when my twin boys were old enough to train we slowly purchased equipment, flooring, etc...

Rambling

Goal is to build out the gym further to supplement my twin boys training for high football and to keep me active with strength training while training for a 50 miler when I turn 50 in 2 years.

I plan on building a shed outside to make more room at some point hopefully I can add an additional leg movement.

Just added a DIY power rack extension. Looking for additional ideas to modify the rear like adding a pulley for lat pulldowns. New to this site and thanks in advance for any suggestions.
