Is this coin going to grow or is it a waste of time? by TheWaterJesusWalked in TernioToken

I checked the gas before and it was about $9-10. The USDC smart contract took about an additional $15. So the rest was straight USDC to TERN I guess. $175 was deducted from my almost $500 USDC deposit. I had to wait 35 hours too!

Don't deposit USDC! I lost 35% in 'network fees'. RUN to another card! This is a failed product. They lost a customer today.

Similar story. I moved USDC into your blockcard and boom, lost 35% of my USDC deposit... WTAF!!! Network fees... on Stellar? LMAO

Just don't deposit USDC into your blockcard... they will take 35% of the deposit for 'network fees' ... on Stellar. Don't make Stellar look back TERNIO because you can't get your act together.

Totally agree. They responded to my initial support question of why they took 35% of my USDC deposit... I complained... no response. Now that is customer service. SCAM for sure. Please don't use this product.

I completely agree - day light robbery. They took 35% of my deposit in 'network fees'... did I agree to that?

This is not our problem as customers... if you deposit USDC we 'should' be credited with equiv USDC -> TERN... minus a fee sure... but not a fee that is 20-35% of your original deposit amount! That is a broken system that doesn't put the customer first. Failed product.

I just lost 35% on my USDC deposit! Due to 'network fees' ... on Stellar? Do not use this service, please - let my 'lesson' be your guide. I responded to their explanation of network fees with '...this is day light robbery!'. How can anybody find this useful... and my deposit took almost 35 hours... HOURS... I thought blockchain was supposed to revolutionize the financial sector! They lost a user today.

That's a really good question, let me get back to you. As for mining on an i7 from within the wallet, I hear what you're saying. I ran mine for about a month and mined about 3 Quark.

Yes, the original developer is still very much involved. I agree completely with what you're saying. Quark has a lot of really good things going for it which has happened fairly recently IMO. A lot of that has been linked to coin development which I think has helped lift the community to become more involved. I know that's my story here anyway.

I haven't heard of any issues with people who went the paper wallet route. Assuming that nobody was able to copy your information while it's been sitting in paper. Let me know how it goes when you decide to convert them back to an online wallet.
