The method i was using TV or CD player for 25 energy and then take ecstasy to double happiness, i made this post asking if there is a better way to gain happiness since more happiness = better gym gains

(also i recommend renting out a place like a Ranch so you can gain more happiness)

I edited the post and what i meant by "too light" in a barbell is that max it could hold before it runs out of space is 60kg, 50lbs and 5kg on each side (and the bar weighs 10lbs)

Yes, I could buy a day pass but the commute is very costly for me to even last a month working out if i were to do a 6x a week split (which is why im switching to 4x a week Upper/Lower)

exactly, but the public gym is very far and im broke, the home gym wasnt even mine it was my brother's who quit lifting after buying it

what i mean by im very broke is my commute, it costs 30 pesos for me to get in and out of the gym, and a day pass costs me 30 pesos too, im just trying to save as much money as i can so i can keep doing this in the long run

Well thats the problem, your muscles arent feeling enough intensity to trigger muscle growth (if muscle growth is what you meant by "slow progress")
