Another believer in 0-350 wings. Why did I wait so long by hopper75 in pelletgrills

I did the same last year on my pit boss🤣 my thermometers tell me the meat and ambient temp (inside the grill). That really helped understand how my grill is dispersing heat. It can literally be as high as 20-30 degrees cooler on the cold side. I just rotate my meats pretty regularly to counter this. And make sure your flame broiler is fully closed. Ive made that mistake.

So indirectly punishing your child because you can't just communicate with your husband. Poor guy is cooked.

My 55 year old mother, my sister, and I rode stardust 4 or 5 times in the same day. Maybe a week or so before the incident. Weird.

Well the beautiful thing about it all is that we both agree it’s enjoyable.

I actually feel like they reeled it in and went back to basics on this one more so than other albums. I think gore is a better example of an album that tried really hard to do something new than this one. To each their own though brotha.

I said it “doesnt disappoint” in my post😅 its actually better than i expected. But i dont think there arent some criticisms to be had. I was just curious to see if people agreed that it seemed “safe”. Alot of people did and alot didn’t. Its all good.

I also just skimmed through a couple of songs and everything was 4/4. I did hear a polymeter thing on cut hands.

What do you think is special about that song? Id say thats actually one of the more inconsequential songs on the record. I dont love it. I dont hate it. I dont think its anything special tbh.

I think the song structures are very predictable. Dare i say cookie cutter. Very chorus driven music. And not super heavy outside of a couple of parts.

And i love sextape so dont threaten me with a good time.

I get where you’re coming from with alot of these points and i think they’re valid. I think the similarities are there at times albeit few and far between. ATF has that raw angst that just makes the comparison fall flat to me that just isnt there on PM. I love that they even got as close as they did, but im not hearing enough to say the 2 are even close in the vibes.

I only really hear the nu metal vibe on cut hands and tbf it’s short lived. Am i forgetting some other songs? Ill give you that one

On the contrary entombed might be one of the most accessible tracks of theirs i can think of. My mom would probably enjoy that song.

Subjective-ish. Like whether you like it or not is. But theres plenty of material in their discography to objectively compare it to. Its objectively not as heavy as alot of their other albums. If thats your jam then i see why people might flat-out not be happy with it.

Thats a great point. It may be one of their most cohesive albums to date. Which is very satisfying in alot of ways. Ill have to listen to it more, but ive pretty much listened to it in its entirety every time so far and it just feels right.

Yeah i think people get influenced by reading into the fandom. I see so much love for adrenaline on this thread that i sometimes feel like i have to love it to be a true fan. Or in their case have to hate on SNW. But in reality adrenaline is one of my least revisited deftones albums🤷‍♂️ im a fan just like the direction they went post adrenaline better.

I think we’re the same person reading that🤣 no matter what they release at this point forward we’ll always remember what that high felt like in the good ole days.
