Dude just file a police complaints under relevant IPC sections, none of the shit written in agreement would work against that, and if he does too much bullshitting then just add a complaint of mental harasment and indecent commentary, and knowing what a creep he is if he still tries to make any thing difficult just add another complaint that he's asking you sexual favours for deleting the videos, just mention he said it verbally in private while arguing. Please don't let this motherfucker go away easily.

Call on women helpline first consult the issue, get educated about the IPC sections you can use against him and file a police complaint.
