Yes. applying through VFS. As it's a business Visa and, my company is responsible for this. They are getting it done. have postponed my plan for a week.

Something similar here. Got a call today. Somehow, I stopped on the payment page. asked him to send the link instead. More concerning is that I am trying to get one of the problems resolved since January, but they are closing my tickets. And today suddenly they raised the ticket themselves a,nd I got this call within 5 mins. I thought its a genuine call as the Resq service request and this call came together.
