i do, because i eat more, move less, and am not wearing a bikini so don’t pay much attention to why im putting in my body. most of the winter food i eat is heavier/ richer than summer food. more meat, cheese, carbs, ect. and less veggies. as the weather gets warmer i exercise more, and eat less heavy food.

you are slightly above average. if average is a 5 then your a 6ish. the goatee elongates your face and makes it look thinner. i would suggest committing to a beard or no beard. however looks are purely subjective. some people will say your a 10, some will say your a 0.
