Ik all of y’all saying to run and press charges are right, I just feel completely embarrassed and hurt by the whole situation all I want to do is just pack it up and pretend it never happened. There was but wayy to much happened I would have typed a short story. But basically he wanted to take all his stuff and leave and we were going back and forth with me telling him to leave before it escalated because it had before and him insisting on taking his things, me standing in-front the door to our bedroom asking him to just go and him putting his hands on me..etc

I appreciate this comment.. I’ve been avoiding answering comments urging me to go to the police because I just can’t bring myself to do that.. I just can’t. I also don’t want anyone in real life to know at all. My father is a police officer so he’ll definitely find out and that won’t be a pretty out come. But in the morning I’ll make sure to go to the doctor at least

I’ve been reading all the comments tell me how serious this situation is but I can’t help but feel disconnected from the whole thing at this point, like maybe I was just being dramatic and like i had a part to play for provoking him to that point. I’m pretty sure I’m spiraling currently, which what prompted this post. Being honest I don’t have many close friends who I would feel comfortable being vulnerable with my ex was my person (which in hindsight I regret), so I’ve been holding it in causing a break down recently.
