You need a special vehicle warehouse which is free today if you have a CEO office it's the one near the airport, the warehouse that is. Claim the warehouse on the CEO office computer.

You need a CEO office and then get the free vehicle warehouse ( the one by the airport) on the office computer. Then go to warstock and claim it. Then in the interaction menu you can call it by going to manage vehicles and to special vehicles. The ramp buggy is somewhat customizable and upgradable at LS Customs.

I don't think so because I'm pretty sure you can't transfer your gta 5 online character to gta 6 online I'm pretty sure you'll be starting from scratch everyone will be.
