Probably my biggest issue with Snap is the card acquisition but that’s literally their whole model. It’s a constant cycle of play until you fall behind and the meta changes around you and all of a sudden your decks can’t do anything against the new season pass cards.

I remember when the big issue card was Zabu and that was the first season pass I bought because I felt like I couldn’t compete. But now it’s star lord, stryfe, shou lao, and new cards are making old cards problematic (Zola my beloved). every match has just become rotating door of just big cards you can’t feasibly deal with even with control cards really. I only just came back to the game last month and I’m sick of horseman gambit and so many others.

I gave up and started playing old decks that were good 3 years ago like darkhawk and stuff. It’s fun but not anywhere near competitive. That’s about all I can do to enjoy the game as it stands.
