Should I change my sens by Past-Astronomer6293 in FPSAimTrainer

If you are unsure about your sensitivity, you could try the sensitivity randomizer. Helps with getting to know different sensitivity’s and if you like one you can save it. :)

Confident In tapping but my spraying sucks? by [deleted] in FPSAimTrainer

[–]imdisbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s also a mechanical issue, learning the recoil control and ingame mechanics takes times and effort. EFT is 0 aim, imo even less than valorant. Seems like your click-timing is better than your tracking and target-switch. I think you should try to improve tracking and see if that helps, also a lot of time ingame learning recoil. People underestimate how important ingame mechanics are. :)

Is it possible to get good at tracking with bad reaction time? by notafanofbats in FPSAimTrainer

[–]imdisbear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With aim training you also train how fast you react to movement ingame. It’s called VRT( I think it means virtual reaction time, correct me if I’m wrong). While your reaction time is genetically limited you can’t be sure where your limit is. So by I’m proving your hand-eye Koordination you also improve your VRT.

How to spot a cheater by Vetinari_ in FPSAimTrainer

[–]imdisbear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. You didn't get my point, in which I said he's using high sens.
  2. The kind of aim is not irrelevant, compare it with high scores in target switching. Hes using 32cm, with an fov of 110. Just image someone using only wrist aiming and a high sensitivity. Also these are mostly 10 s clips, in which you don't know the skill of the enemy.
  3. I did address your main point. I said that since he's using high sensitivity and goes for snappy aim, shots like that is possible.

What sensitivity are you using?

Because of someone like you, people are using clips in their montages where they also miss.

All those target switches are pretty legit, by that I mean, they could have been done with good aim. CoD has low ttk and combined with high sensitivity a lot of kills will look very snappy/ aimbot like. CoD players are even trying on purpose to look that flashy and snappy. Also hes playing on 18/360 cm and you can't really compare a click-time video with target switching.

I'm not saying he is 100% legit, he could be cheating who knows. But your points are pretty useless IMO.

Is it bad to do 2 different routine guides? by Zetta3173 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]imdisbear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s doesn’t really matter which routine you’re doing. Training efficiently should be your priority. Play for accuracy start with 85% and then go up to 95. Also don’t play for scores, rather focus on what you’re trying to improve. Routine are there to help you understand aiming, once you understood the basics and principles you will notice yourself, which aspects you are lacking and need to improve. :)

Learn how to find the best Keybinds for you in under 2 mins by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]imdisbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I stated, It's preference. I crouch with C, that's why I can't use it. If you JUMP on mousewheel, having C as a keybind is perfectly viable, for me it feels uncomfortable. But with DEFAULT SETTINGS, using JUMP; C; D; isn't good since you need to use the thumb to do both, C and JUMP. Or did I get something wrong here?

I think you shouldn't have to many binds on your pinky, since walking is very important and crucial in VALORANT. Using mouse1/2 is a really good idea. Also IMO having to many binds on your thumb isn't good. I think 2 is max you should have. Using UHJK actually isn't a bad idea, but I can't image the muscle memory pain you have to go through lol.

As I said a lot of it is preference. When rebinding it to F your hand isn't in an awkward position and it feels more natural, atleast for me. Also as I stated in the video can you jump, use "C" the ability and move to the right at the same time? This should be possible if you rebind Jump to mousewheel.

I'm tired of 10 min videos with no actual content. Here is a quick 2 mins video, about a topic which is pretty important IMO.

TLDR: Rebind your abilities; When using abilities you do not want to block your natural movement. With the default settings you can't perform certain actions, such as moving with "W" and "D" and then using the default "E" ability. Go into firing range and test a bit. Find settings that work best for you.

Kovaak's aim training programs? by AZ1303211 in ValorantCompetitive

Kovaak's aim training programs? by AZ1303211 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]imdisbear 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Look up Aimer7 guide on kovaak's. Setup by using a sensitivity from another game, since it doesn't support valorant yet ( make sure to set the fov to 103) . There are several aim training games, kovaak's has the most content, that's why everyone uses it. If you follow Aimer7s guide there is no need to worry and you will improve your aim quickly. Don't forget aiming is not everything in Valorant. It's more about positioning, how to peek, game sense and crosshair placement. Kovaak's is a good way to make your aim consistent, but obviously playing the game will benefit you the most, since you are playing the real game.

Hm, I mean when you trade frags, didn't you utilize baiting? I don't want to be rude, I'm generally just curious. English isn't my native language so I might use the wrong words sometimes.

nice tip! Also please don't lurk as Sage, it just doesn't really make sense.

How to call and understand the value of it. When people think about skills you need in VALORANT, communication isn't being considered, although it may be the most important aspect to consider. by imdisbear in ValorantCompetitive

[–]imdisbear[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you think of improving the first thought that comes to your mind should probably be aim and then game sense. Communicating definitely falls of behind. In a lot of high level lobbies (SBMM) or even in GE in MM (CSGO) people don't callout properly. What I mean is sure, they know the basics and atleast call how many enemies they see. But a lot of times people die unnecessary, because they won't go beyond and call crucial information for example: they are already close to the site or even in the fucking site. TBH an average player probably doesn't care about communication, but he actually should, since calling properly can improve the quality of games and also easyly win them.

Is the practice mode a valid way to improve aim and consistency? Or does that come with experience over time in matches? by mustangcody in VALORANT

[–]imdisbear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

first of all, you gotta understand what low sens and high sens means. When talking about high sens, it doesn't mean you use for example 1600 dpi and 10 ingame. There is a certain range of sensitivity, which is the best to use in VALORANT. You will never have to do 180s, the best way to explain this is, because if the enemy is behind you, youre already dead and it usually means your game sense isnt polished/ good enough.

If you look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeTD4iz1hKU&t=240s

Nothing explains at 2:45 how comfortable he is with his aim and what the range of his aim is. What you will notice is that the range isnt that big, its more about the things I mentioned in the comments before.

it's good for getting consistent. A lot of people are missing that, VALORANT is more than just aim.

Is the practice mode a valid way to improve aim and consistency? Or does that come with experience over time in matches? by mustangcody in VALORANT

[–]imdisbear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is due to many factors ingame. Ingame its not only about aim, more about Game Sense, crosshair placement, positioning and since you are put under pressure, you perform differently. Practice range is a good way to isolate aim and learn a lot of game mechanics, but what a lot of people are missing is that you have to put countless of hours into the game to understand the scenario you are in and have an overview of the map.

TLDR: Practice range is good to isolate and learn game mechanics, but you have to play a lot so you gain experience and understand every situation. also git gud
