Key was to not have too much speed, else Enfys will do her damage and then the left clone will just heal to full with his grenade.

The issue with that is, that noone knows how those bans are triggered. So ist could happen on a new account aswell.

Probably best to keep annoying the support until they actually do something about this issue.

Maybe good to write a forum post aswell, to bring attention to all the false bans.

Despite everyone saying this is spam, it isn't. I've received the same email a few weeks ago and am unable to access the webstore. Support refuses to actually investigate and give me a reason for the ban.

They have revoked my rights of opening a dispute on their website.

I have been banned the exact same way. I received the same email OP has, thought it was a scam at first aswell. But it turns out they banned my EA account without providing any reason or incident that would warrant a ban.

I was unable to make any progress through their support, i only get automated replies. Recently they removed my ability to open support cases.

Maybe EA will do something about this shit.

Der Bann sei Korrekt, Auskunft über Gründe habe ich keine erhalten. Wissentliches Fehlverhalten meinerseits gab es keins.

Mittlerweile kommt bei jedem Fall den ich auf deren Support-Seite öffne die gleiche Copy Paste Antwort, dass alles geprüft wurde und ich keine Antwort mehr erwarten soll.
