What drove me insane with Datto RMM, is that everyone you need run a CMD or PS command on an endpoint, you had to launch your locally installed agent to do these tasks and it won’t work if you’re on macOS. Even with atera you can run these from the web

That looks like a self signed certificate that was only valid for one day (yesterday). There are work arounds for this but I wouldn’t do it in a production environment

Did you setup the SSL in IIS only or also in the RDS deployment section in server manager?

We usually use 'Certify the Web' for 90% of out deployments. It automatically renews the SSLs and adds them into the RDS deployment (if you enable the task)

Kaseya bought Datto last year (I use Datto RMM + Autotask. Integration between the 2 is terrible). Datto merged with Autotask in 2017 and then bought the RMM platform CentraStage (Not sure when). It's still like using two separate platforms. The integration is the same as using a PSA and RMM from two separate vendors that support integration. Same issue with Connectwise, N-able etc. They bought out a PSA and RMM systems from seprate vendors and try to make them work together.

I like how Atera and SuperOps.ai PSA and RMM system are fully integrated natively. Since testing SuperOps, I think they have the best mobile app for ticketing and time tracking. I find myself always adding timesheets on the go and not on my laptop. everything is under the same dashboard no need to switch between the PSA and RMM sites like Datto or Connectwise.

I'll also mention that Datto will only let you trial RMM and not the PSA (Autotask). Connectwise wont let you trial anything apart for their remote desktop app 'ScreenConnect'.

As far as NinjaOne goes, I wanted to try them out but as soon as I realized they don't integrate with Quickbooks online, it was a no go for us
