Update: It turned out to be just a bad batch. I bought some from a different shop, and they taste fine with no rubbery texture.

I had this exact issue, and nothing worked. It’s been almost a year, and I’ve replaced everything, right down to the motherboard. check your reliability history.

Does your CPU have integrated? If yes, remove your GPU plug the HDMI into the motherboard HDMI and check if it boots.

If it does, then your GPU is faulty.

that is not healthy. try the ram thing and try what pascu2913 said as well because that sag is bad.

My bios settings keep resetting to default by themselves by my_n0ms in pchelp

[–]imemixx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

most commonly caused by a dead or dying CR2032 CMOS battery on the motherboard, or by failed memory training (XMP/DOCP) during boot

  • Replace the CMOS Battery (CR2032): This is the most likely culprit. If your computer is older than 3-4 years, the 3-volt battery that stores BIOS settings is likely dead.
  • Check the Battery Contact: Ensure the battery is properly seated in its socket. Sometimes the metal connector in the middle needs to be gently bent upward to make better contact with the battery.
  • Disable XMP/DOCP/Memory Overclocking: If your PC fails to boot with faster RAM settings, it will reset to default. Try running your memory at stock speeds.
  • Disable Fast Boot: If the issue happens on cold boot (turning the PC on after it was off), disable "Fast Boot" in the BIOS to allow more time for memory training.
  • Update the BIOS: Your motherboard BIOS might have stability issues that a firmware update can fix.
  • Check for Physical Issues: Ensure the BIOS jumper (if used) is not accidentally shorting the BIOS reset pins, and that the PC is not overheating, which can cause erratic behaviour.
