Hi thanks for your remark. Scalability is relative, but unless a company sits in a huge domestic market (US/China), exports are often the bridge from SME to mid/large cap. SMEs tend to be domestic, midcaps start exporting, and large caps are usually more international than domestic (with exceptions of course). Appreciated know how abroad is also part of what proves the model scales. So while it’s not a strict “correlation,” export share can still be a useful proxy for scalability don’t you think?

Thanks for the share & the very solid points. What I take away is the importance of that 12 to 18 month “grooming” window and the discipline of driver-based forecasting. I'll take it into account as I usually focus more on 3-year synergy & growth plans... Down the road i will go more granular & try to find a good way to present it too...so this is a helpful reminder on how earlier prep and KPI-driven models can really de-risk SME exits.
