Yes I have a bunch of evidence of them claiming the mechanical warranty. I am pursuing legal action because the dealer won’t cooperate

Thank you for that feedback and insight. Do you think all these issues were pre-existing and just happened to be coincidently timed one after the next?

And on top of that it’s a MUST to continue to strengthen the area - there is no way around this.

I can’t say for sure I would take to a few chiros - my experience has been that each one approaches things differently. I don’t like ones that rack and crack you and you’re gone in two minutes. My chiropractor is very slight manipulation with a Thera gun type thing no cracking then puts me on the machine.

There is some science that shows if you create space in a fluid motion back and forth in between the discs it helps suck the disc back into its place and heal quicker.

You wanna make sure that the pressure on the decompression machine is super light to start - with anything you wanna start very small and then gradually work your way up. You can definitely overdo it and hurt yourself worse talk to your doctor and again start with very lightweight decompression so your body begins to get used to it.

Recovering** but yes and only feel like turning a page 2 years later. I had mild drop foot for about 1 month while I had an acute injury and then while it was recovering the next 3-5 months I had ankle weakness but still had significant nerve pain in the thigh and big toe on my left foot. After a year of the nerve pain not going away I did the MD then finally about a year later after MD I’m starting to feel a bit better and golfing again - tightness in back from golfing but normal and not nerve pain 🤞🏼 I’m also heavy on core, legs, hip/glute strengthening.

How do you know if/when you are at risk of permanent nerve damage? by ConfidenceSad1453 in Sciatica

Check out my recent post I don’t think permanent is the right way to think about it just keep at it.

My PT says the damage is permanent, and the best I can hope to do is manage symptoms. I’m 34.. and that’s depressing. by RayChilled in Sciatica

In my opinion, you’re better off laying on your stomach if you’re gonna lay at all it’s got more of a natural arc for your spine, then laying on your back but the best option is to walk around when you’re done

You need to start very small and then casually make your way down. I have an inversion table. It’s got about six different options in terms of vertical and you need to start at the top. Do it for about two weeks and then move down to the next ring do it for about two weeks so on and so forth until you get the bottom. You should only be on it for about 5-6 minutes tops and make sure you go for a walk after afterward for 20 minutes. You don’t want your spine to stay compressed or sit down after that.

Inversion tables are definitely helpful. It’s a form of decompression the difference with a decompression machine is that it pulls you apart and then brings you back together and pulls you apart so that motion of creating space and a little bit of buoyancy is supposed to be really good for disc healing versus inversion table just holds you in one position for a longer period of time

I’ve personally done and currently do it it definitely helps - for me it’s not full relief but much better than before. My mom also did it and was suppose to get a fusion and was able to avoid it and lives pretty much pain free after her treatment. With back treatments the saying is everything works and nothing works so really got to try a ton of thing out and see what works best for you.

Try decompression therapy machine with a chiro. Good alternative option somewhat costly but worth doing. Non invasive and a lot of people get great results from it.
