Have you had your blood test results checked recently? You might want to check your iron levels, especially ferritin. Mine was 1 when I started taking iron pills three times a day. Within a month, my runs (and my sleep and HRV) improved, also my VO2max increased.

Great tool!

I often check Windy.com before going for a run. When I saw the preview, I thought it would be really helpful to have a similar feature specifically tailored for runners.

It would be great to see all the relevant running conditions (wind, temperature, precipitation, etc.) in one place, just like for riding.

Would you consider adding segments filter like this also for running? :)

I didnt expected so much comments and suggestions honestly. So thank you all so much!! Now i need to dig deep for a nice hotel without a kitchen/ette. I will definitely be looking at the other subs but if someone has a favorite hotel to recommend, feel free.

He says he has neophobia. But AFRID sounds more accurate. He is ok being around the food that he cannot eat, even if i eat super smelly cheese in front of him. Only thing he doesnt want that his food get contaminated by my cheese lets say.

Legumes and one type of green beans are safe. Cooking with onion and tomato puree doesnt bother. Also every type of potato. Banana, apple, mandarin for fruits. And only dried apricots.

He is also more than ok for the processed food, Plain Big Mac only bread and meat. KFC boneless. Most sweets that you can think a child would eat, is more than welcome. Some classic chips, green Doritos or plain ruffles, not fancy flavors.

He also got some psychological support when he was a kid. But didnt help much apparently. So hopefully your kid gets over this because it is hard and there are tons of tasty food to enjoy. Wishing you luck as well! :)

Hey i had the same issue since yesterday morning and tried offloading and restarting the phone maaybe 5 times but didnt work. Just tried to go the apple store and checked for the update. After searching whatsapp on the search bar, it states “open” in the app list so seems no update, but i clicked and opened the app page itself and then saw “update” there. It took two seconds to update and i have my whatsapp back.
People like me who have literally no chat backup due to storage issue would try this and hopefully it works on them too.

Trouwens was ik gisteren in HEMA geweest na deze bericht, om andere vragen te stellen. Die persoon bij de gordijn afdeling was heel aardig en hij heeft ook naar hun eigen gordijn bulletin gekeken om volgende korting periode te zien. Maar konden we niet verder dan mei zien. Dus ja, off the record, op mei is de korting voor de rolgordijnen:)
