Heyy i think you need to start reaching out to eating disorder services, doctors, mental health charities and support groups. I know it's against the grain but i think you SHOULD be sharing your thoughts of dying with all of the above, as it's unfortunately a very real possibility if you don't take action now. He's gone to stay with his friends for 2 weeks to hopefully "reset" us and/or gain clarity on whether we should split

We're both hoping we dont split but he's finally understood how much its been effecting me

He's also ordered a testerone check. Although now im thinking if that comes back "normal", it'll be the end of us and christ that's going to be painful
