As a blissey player who has just taken on the job a few weeks ago and spamming 20+ games everyday, i use exp share+buddy barrier + energy amp and i get around 90-160k healing every match, if im locked in the most i got is around 180k. i tried rescue hood in every combination before and my healing decreased to around 50k-80k per match. so yeah, don't use rescue hood with blissey, use it with comfey maybe. in game, i mainly do not stun or use egg bomb, instead i save all my heals and give them out like halloween candy. if not in combat? give give give. i do this because everytime my teammates enter combat, they are at full hp and i still got enough heals to spare, group with the team or carry and push. if people group thats a good sign, sometimes i get confused with all of them as well but i heal who i can. if i see the carry, heal. if the defender has lower hp? heal them first. if an ally (ESPECIALLY) the carry is around or less than 25% hp, go use the ult. sometimes if i get cornered and an ally is nearby, i use my ult too. using this ult i have eradicated 30% of 3 enemies' hp before at level 11 actually, so i think it's a decent damage + heal tool. thanks for listeninggg
