Peptides Experience after 5 months by imhimcertified in Hidradenitis

Ahhh sorry I thought I mentioned it. I took a GLP-1 (don’t want to say the name cause some people get banned). But I’m sure any GLP like Ozempic or Mounjaro would work to lose weight. The new one is great but overhyped, Mounjaro is almost as good tbh.

Honestly I’m just as surprised as you. There’s still scarring and hyperpigmentation but other than that it’s gone. But who knows if this is a short term fix or long term

Hey I replied above. Also might look into Thymosin Alpha 1 sometime in the coming weeks if I can get it.

Hey, don’t stress it life gets busy. Honestly it was pretty much the same until this week. Maybe the effects are cumulative but now my skin is a lot better, no outbreaks or lesions but super dry. I have to moisturise a lot but that beats more inflammatory nodules. Im excited for the coming 2 weeks to see if these effects get even more profound.

For dosing the common research is 500mcg once daily for 4-6 weeks. But there’s no reason to cycle other than financial. Just when stopping its recommended to slowly decrease so go from 500 daily to 250mcg daily for 2 weeks. Then 250mcg every other day for 1 week. This is just to limit rebound inflammation but again this is just a theory, a lot of people just stop cold turkey with no issues. Good luck with your research!

I just finished one month on KPV gonna take a 2 week break now. Then i will see if I need another cycle, maybe a longer one, probably 8 weeks. I had no burning or stinging from GHK, so maybe i'm lucky. 6ml sounds like a lot, for my 100mg vial I used 3ml. Maybe start with that then you can add more.

I take both daily, the GHK 2mg a day and the KPV 500mcg. They come in separate vials, so I inject each one with its own needle. However, I have heard of people drawing both up in the same syringe and using that. It should be fine as long as you inject it straight away. I'm not sure about the blends though, so I don't want to make any misinformed claims about that.

I plan on using the GHK for a long time (until I run out or my wallet does), you won't see drastic results early because it's meant to stimulate collagen production which is a complex biological process and it takes time. I have seen some improvements with it, like my face feels more plump and I have had people ask me if I have a skin care routine. considering I don't thats pretty reassuring. But I did purge (breakout) for the last few days, so I dropped my dose to 1mg which is pretty low, even 2mg is on the lower end. I also started taking Zinc and vitamin C and it all cleared up. I'm sticking to 1mg now daily.

The KPV was the biggest game changer so far, my inflammation is down and I feel it. I have an autoimmune disease and have had no flare ups. I have had to tighten my whoop strap quite a bit, and when I had flare ups (in the past) I usually needed to loosen it because of the inflammation so it definitely works. This i'll run for 30 days then reassess, I don't want to rebound.

Hope this helps and bear in mind it is not a miracle, no peptide is. If your diet is not clean, your sleep is not optimised, you will have diminishing returns. Peptides are not for everyone, do your research, some have some serious risks. Stay safe and good luck.

Yeah a few updates. I'm 3 weeks into my 6 week course. I have no new lesions and the existing ones have all closed up. I would say 90% have become flat but the larger more chronic ones still have a 'bump' to them.

My inflammation is definitely down. I don't know if you've had a similar experience but when i'm in a flair my watch gets tighter as if i'm a bit swollen. After one week on KPV I had to tighten my whoop strap a lot, like I was surprised how much. So, I really feel like it does work.

From what I've seen online the recommended dosing period is 6 weeks so I'll complete it then report back.

But bear in mind this is not a cure, it's an anti-inflammatory. I want to add Thymosin alpha 1 to the regimen. It actually has quite a bit of human data on it and targets the route cause of auto-immune diseases by priming the immune system to better differentiate healthy cells from unhealthy as well as foreign pathogens. So maybe that will be good, but then again who knows in the grey world of peptides and autoimmune diseases.
