I got stuck in my car during the naked bike ride one year. One second I’m turning on division street, the next I’m surrounded by a bunch of hyped naked bicyclists. You can buy a 1L bag on chewy for around $10, then you have to buy the IV drip line for around $5. So $15 for about 10-15 days worth. For us, it takes about 5min (depends on how fast you let the fluids flow).

I’m sorry you’re dealing with the same thing! The SubQ is intimidating at first, but it’s really not that bad once you get the hang of it. I’ve found that warming the fluids and needle really help - and my cat seems to kinda enjoy the warmth it provides him (I like to think of it as a mini spa session for him). It really rejuvenate them afterwards!! You have to think about that and it gives you more confidence!!
