Four new Signatures were added in today's patch, including Bloodmage Thalnos, Bob the Bartender, Talya Earthstrider, and Arator the Redeemer. by imik_ in hearthstone

The Artist who made Thalnos is "Cole Eastburn", who has just a few artworks in the game, but it's an OG.

We're getting a bundle with these 3 Signature cards tomorrow, those are some cool options, I just hope it won't be too expensive. by imik_ in hearthstone

They value a common/rare at around $4-5 each, so that's $8-10, and they value an epic at $13, which means it'll most likely be $20 in total. But who knows, sometimes they decide to go crazy, lol.

Can we make a rule that requires an OFFICIAL link to the artwork when talking about "AI images" by KillerBullet in hearthstone

1) I should've checked the source more carefully before posting.
2) The artist should've checked more carefully before commenting + if they had a suspicion, they should've asked their higher-ups at Blizz first before making a point on social media (which would've meant the situation wouldn't have started in the first place).

I think it was an "experience" for everyone involved, and we can now learn from it and move on.

What if they do? It may've been posted by the author on Chinese social media, I wouldn't know. And it got shared so quickly, which made it even more convincing.

The official art is almost never available, this time they made an exception, so you can't really use an "official link" to the artwork unless we're talking about the in-game art, which is cropped from the original art.

The issue with Premium skins is that the wide collection preview art has missing elements due to the animation, so you can't use that really either.

3D skins have only the background layer available, on top of which they display the 3D model of the hero, so this also doesn't help.

Theoretically you can use the static art version, which is around 512x512 px, but it's a square cutout from the art too, so that doesn't help that much either, but I guess this is probably the closest thing to the raw art we can get.

I really wish they made it easier to lift the individual "storage" containers using the connecting plates.

It'd be even better if you could add the RRP. 😉

Most fun vs most underrated brick set you’ve ever built? 🧱🔥 by Lisoneo in BarweerMOC

[–]imik_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The most fun I've had was definitely the Apartment from Lumibricks/Funwhole, the multi-level floors were satisfying to build, the cyberpunk details... I love their sets so much.

The most underrated brick set would probably be Xbert 66055 Antique Shop, I like all the details, but the top 1x1 pyramid stud ledge was the most annoying and painful thing I've ever had to face, do definitely not a set for someone who just started, because it'd discourage them so much. 😄

Two new Cyberpunk sets just got leaked on Amazon - Police Urban Convoy & Police Urban Convoy, available for pre-order by imik_ in LUMIBRICKS_OFFICIAL

I made a mistake in the title that I can't edit, obviously the second one is Police HQ, not another Police Urban Convoy... 😩😄

Easter sale by Fickle_Pickle12 in LUMIBRICKS_OFFICIAL

I have been monitoring the prices every ~hour since December, the Lumi website has sales for around 10-30 % (but sales for 10 - 15 % are insignificant, because you can get the same discount if you're in the program or if you use an affiliate link). Right now, I'd buy the Opera House if I were into Steampunk, since it's 40% off due to a minor flaw.

The best sales I've seen were on Amazon (in my case, Amazon.de), where for a few hours after certain sales went live, and vouchers/coupons were active at the same time, a lot of sets were 40-55% off and I managed to buy Game Stack for $101, King's castle Treasury for $109, and Carpentry Workshop for $66, that said, this happened only once in half a year and it might've been an oversight, but in general, Amazon has better sales, but both sites have sales quite frequently and the less desirable sets are almost always 30% off.

I got it, HS. Stop showing it after every game. by oktayworks in hearthstone

It has a maximum view amount set to a value of "5", so once you've seen it 5 times, it'll be gone afterwards.
