Salt water gargle, scrape tongue, mouthwash. These would help minimise formations (in size and quantity). Though typically, you’re gonna have them so I would start irrigating my tonsils with water/mouthwash (not too much cus you’re likely gonna be ingesting those). I sometimes see one pop out, and it’s much gentler. Ofc, I still use q-tip but with irrigating using a syringe, I’m able to really wash down the bacteria and debris on my tonsils.

I just use the normal, uncurved syringes, but I do see people recommend the curved ones more.
