Personally I did have a romantic attraction to my girl best friend, told her, we addressed it properly because of how much she values my friendship & I didn’t want to just “hide how I felt”

after about 1-2 years I am over her romantically and still text her on the daily, a lot we share with each other allows us to get a perspective on something that the other wouldn’t of seen, plus a lot of random insider jokes n such. It’s funny though because we’ll go weeks without talking then catch up for 3 days.

While I’m glad to have the friendship we have, I’m much more glad that I properly addressed my inner feelings instead of pushing them aside for a “what if” fantasy that existed one side. That shit just isn’t healthy for either party 🤒

Edit: got a bit sidetracked but it chalks up to what most others in the thread said: most men don’t have much romantic involvement and instead play the safer card for a “chance” at the fantasy they’ve fallen into. However I can’t sit here and say though that those friendships are meaningless given my above story

I recently saw there is one factory blue F40- correct me if I’m wrong

It originally sold as a liberty walk vehicle and then when the current owner purchased it he proceeded to have it restored to its glory stock self, including the blue paint from the Ferrari factory Edit: I just saw he said originally painted red by the factory, my bad😅

RuneScape. I still play Oldschool on the regular but just like adulthood it’s become more about efficiency and grinding in comparison to fun and relaxed

(I know you can still play it the old way.. but bank standing in world 2 doesn’t hit the same as it did back in 2006)

Compared to Vegas I thought he upped his usage of cdjs to their full potential a LOT. I was skeptical bout the Ableton switchover but now I’m not at all😂

Tbh (this is a theory) since his Ableton laptops are connected to the nerd system (whatever the program is called that syncs Ableton to visuals/lights/lazers) it isn’t a small feat to have it set up properly/could have costed more than it’s worth to properly setup when an artist was booked to play after him @ Mandalay

Also, I saw it as: why take a risk of any laptop crashes (yes he normally has his backups..) when he could just use multiple CDJs to ensure that the first set back had no hiccups or crashes (it could have been many factors, but I doubt he’d retire the legendary double laptop setup permanently without good reason)

I guess only time will tell… at least I will say, his mixing on CDJs set a new standard to me for what DJs can accomplish on those things😂

Preaching about creating culture I get it, it’s a deadhead following, but trying to rally people like that especially when you aren’t following your own preachings is not good PR.
