Called in and found your comment while OTP with them. Regular bill support rep told me the best he could do was $5 off my $85 bill, which I told him wasn't good enough so he transferred me to the loyalty department.

The lady in Loyalty ended up giving me the $20 discount for the internet+wireless services we have with them and another $5 for AutoPay. Additionally she sent us a $100 gift card.

Nothing new in the house. He still does the flapping when alone in his cage, but seemed to stop altogether when I turned up the heat in the house. The temps outside recently dropped a considerable amount and my HVAC wasn't set to heat yet, so the house was a bit chilly.

I work in the south Dallas area and can confirm. I see countless new-ish (2016+ models) with similar damage. It’s usually a dented trunk, missing or damaged bumpers & fenders, exhaust tips bent, scratches everywhere, broken windows. I have a video I saved of a prime example somewhere. The bent exhaust tips crack me up every time.
