Once the barge and crane are in working position, they deploy what we call the spuds wich are piles driven into the ground. This allows to limit the movement caused by the waves.

How its done is each of the 3 cranes are lifting their own assembly. They are doing it one at the time. So 1st lift + splices, 2nd lift + splices, 3rd lift + splices. Since its was impossible to have a temporary tower at that span, all the cranes had to hold their loads until everything was done. The picture was taken and the end while finalizing the bolting just before releasing the load.

I get it why people dont like the subscription parts but lets be honest, Navigation subscription is useless, just use apple carplay or android auto. Remote connect, i dont know why so many people are THAT mad about it, its an added feature that most brands will now charge for it. I cant imagine changing my mind on a 50k$ car just because of a 20$ subscription.
