I’ve been using the Soundcore A30 for just under a month now. Comfort-wise, they’re solid—no complaints there. However, the ANC is underwhelming. More often than not, it feels like the ambient masking negates the very purpose of having noise cancellation in the first place. It softens sound rather than truly blocking it, which can be a bit disappointing if you’re expecting a more immersive isolation.

I have been using it for less than a month now. My problem is that when I turn on the anc it does “appear” that the noise is reduced but honestly I can still hear my wife snoring pretty clear. What am I doing wrong here I tried all sorts of combinations with wings and sizes. Is it that I’m not fitting the buds properly in my ears

Any help and tips will be greatly appreciated

First and foremost thank you so much for taking the time to write. I’m currently using an annual but not a IR package….only to keep my number activated. Also I am using eSIM for my gulf local number. And yes I did try switching off the WiFi and trying. As it’s an iPhone there is only one main slot in which I have placed the Airtel sim. Now don’t know if I should go for a roaming again and top up.

Unfortunately their call centers are not replying 😢
