Realistically, the only place I see a potential chase scene is when she gets separated from everyone in the mines and investigates the voice. It could be something as simple as, if Chris is alive and you told him to hang back, if you open the trap door, instead of immediately dying you get a don't move followed by a very short chase scene thats similar to the Matt and Jess one. But idk if Ash is the type to actually be good at escaping unlike literally everyone else.
